Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By purchasing products and/or services from Wifab Limited, you agree to the following terms and conditions. When we refer to “You” we mean the customer, when we refer to “Us”, we mean Wifab Limited.

Our office means where we are based from, the address is: Waterfield, Tillybirloch, Inverurie, Aberdeenshire, AB51 7PS

Site Survey, for broadband eligibility

  • On an agreed date between us “Wifab Limited” and you “the customer” we will conduct a site survey on your premises to check if you are eligible to join our network or receive our services. The survey price will cost £50 plus a charge of 45p/mile from our office situated at Waterfield, Tillybirloch, Inverurie, Aberdeenshire, AB51 7PS. This must be paid in full on receipt once we issue you an invoice.

  • To complete the survey we require full access throughout the property, this includes access to a power supply for our test equipment.

  • Survey dates and times can change, if you cannot attend you must notify us a minimum of 24 hours before we are scheduled to attend site. Within this time will be taken on a case by case basis. If we cannot attend we are subject to the same agreement.

  • Once the survey is completed we will issue you with a full quote as soon as possible to outline costs to meet specifications and requirements.

  • Site survey charges are still applicable even if we cannot offer a broadband solution due to external factors like, little to no signal in your area.

  • When a survey requires 3rd party involvement we will contact you with pre notification.


Installation day

  • On day of install we require full access to your premises for the duration required, we will notify you with an estimate install duration on the day of install.

  • At least one person from the household over the age of 18 must be on site at all times.

  • We will set the system up with preferred passwords and SSID’s, any further help with setting up devices on the network is the customers responsibility but we can assist depending on time constraints etc.


Extra Infrastructure

  • Survey results that determine we require extra infrastructure before instillation of our kit must be completed prior to our engineers arriving to site. You are responsible for organizing this. An example of this might include extra power points where we deem necessary, power work must be undertook by a qualified electrician. Failure to do so will invoke a service charge of £50 + 45p/mile from our office when we return to get the install up and running.

  • 3rd party contractors might be involved in installing equipment also, we will notify you of this and work to develop the best possible solution.


Our services

  • From time to time we may require access onto your premises for updates to our systems, we will notify you in advance to arrange a date. Refusing access can result in a termination of service until we can safely update our onsite equipment.

  • To make sure you get the best service we may monitor our equipment remotely, more details on the information we use can be found on our privacy policy.

  • No alterations to our onsite equipment should be made without pre contacting Wifab to talk to one of our experts.

  • Any downtime for updates that are service affecting must be planned between the customer and Wifab Limited. Emergency outages could result in downtime being arranged less than 24h before.

  • Any product intervention that leads to the service not working in the intended manner or that effects our network, will lead to the contract and services being terminated immediately.

  • You are responsible for making sure the products and services we provide are looked after at your premises. If any of our products and services are damaged due to misuse or neglect then any maintenance that is required by Wifab Limited to rectify the issue will result in a service fee.

  • Any service interruptions that are out with our control, we are not liable for. You agree to contact Wifab Limited if there are any service interruptions and we will work to resolve the issue. No other contractor must work on our kit without the agreement of Wifab Limited.

  • If you are unable to use your own technology, we are not responsible for this, we can provide basic setup for your devices to connect to our systems but any further assistance must be sought from another source.


Using our services

When using our services you agree to a few important rules, breaching these could lead to your services being terminated.

  • Performing illegal activity via our products and services .

  • Sending abusive communications to another person or company.

  • Putting our system and network at risk by disrupting services. This can be through means of hacking.

  • Steal or using copyrighted material without permission.

You agree to all liability to any illegal activity that are carried out by yourself or users on the system we have provided. You are responsible for your own devices and also the looking after of our equipment on site.



You are responsible to pay for the services agreed upon for the full term of contract. If the system provided by us is a one off payment, this must be paid within 5 working days of the invoice being issued. All payments should be made to Wifab Limited. Payments that are not met in time can result in the contract being terminated, failure to pay the initial install fee after our equipment is installed will result in us removing our equipment and charging a fee dependent on the amount of work for doing so.

All invoices will be sent by email, a direct debit is required to make sure the fee’s are paid on time each month. Bank transfer must be used when there is a one off install charge and not a rolling contract.

You are still liable to pay the services if you are unable to use your email because of reasons out with your control like.

  • “Unable to log into email”

  • “No broadband connection to make payment”

  • “Missed reading the invoice email”

Any charges that are out with our control like (going over your data limit on a another operators 4G network) will not be Wifab Limited’s responsibility. You are required to pay all service charges be it if you are using our network or another operators network.


These Terms

Failure to comply with these terms can lead to your services being terminated. We hold the right to terminate our contract and services immediately if we deem the misuse of our services to be severe. We will always try and resolve issues to the best our ability but to do so we need communication as soon as possible between us and you. Any changes to agreement will be discussed on a case by case basis, changes to agreements that are required by law will be mandatory.

We are no responsible for any contract you have between another operator whilst using our kit nor any accidental damage to property or possessions by our equipment or engineers.
